SNEK

This is a new variation of classical snake game which contains variety of game modes and levels! (also secret one)

I added new rules to make the gameplay more interesting, including feature that is the definition of modern gameplay - achievements!

Game might be hard for beginners but you can always change the base speed of the snake without any restrictions in unlockables.

3 Game Modes

Normal

Play on original levels with unique gimmicks, such as portals, to spice up your gameplay. In this mode you can unlock new levels and most of the achievements.

Classic

Play on empty arenas just like in classic snake games.  As the game progress you become faster.

Random

Play on random generated levels.
Random mode divides in two sub modes: 

• Pre-generated mode - you play on random generated mazes. You can choose between 3 difficulty/complexity levels.
• Timed mode - obstacles appear during gameplay, one by one filling up the arena by the time.

Local multiplayer

In Snek you can play in multiplayer mode with two sub modes.

• Coop - play with Normal Mode rules but with your friend!
• Versus - compete with a friend for the highest score
  
  

Power-ups

You can collect many different power-ups that can, depends on circumstances, help you or make the gameplay more difficult. Be careful!

OS:  Windows 10/11 32 or 64-bit; (Win 7 and 8 are not tested yet)
CPU, GPU, RAM: Minimal/Optimal same as your Windows version
HDD space: 37 MB

Instalation

1. Unpack archive to desired folder.
2. Create shortcut if you want.
3. Enjoy the game!

Troubleshooting

• Run as Administrator to prevent Windows Defender shouting about folder access and to avoid possible saving game progress problems.
• Set Screen Mode in options to fullscreen if windowed mode doesn't fit in your screen.
